Phase IV of the mid-career training is intended to strengthen the officers’ capacity for policy formulation and the mindset and skill sets that will promote effective policy implementation.

The training will take place at the Government of India’s premier research and training institute, the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), in Mussoorie, India. Mussoorie is a small hill station located in the foothills (6,600 feet elevation) of the Himalayas. LBSNAA is responsible for managing the venue. All instructors and participants will be housed and fed on campus.

Delhi Conference Location We will be using the newly created Foreign Service Training Center in Delhi for the conference in Delhi. The buildings were just completed this year. we have access to a conference hall that sits approximately 180, some break out rooms and open areas for meals.
